COVID, visas and other expected issues have brought many complications this year. In case if the artists are tested postive and are prevented to leave the country or enter Canada, we will sort for alternative options to provide the workshops through online resource in our big hall. You will also be provided options to switch workshops to other artists or a refund for the portion of workshops that you have signed up for the cancelled artists.
These events are out of the control of both you and the organizers, with all the hotels, airtickets and artists fees are basically non-refundable. And the same situation applies for traveller to Toronto to out event. We ask for your understanding.
All registration refundable before August 1, 2024, with a $25 administration fee plus 3% processing fee charged by third party payment gateway. No refund after August 1 but credits can be transferred to 2024 event.
